Unfair brokerage amount, help me negotiating please🙏🏻

I found a property in Purva Skywoods through Magicbricks and the agent who posted this is a resident in the same society – so she is basically a caretaker of this property I finalised and not a registered broker, still she has quoted a full month’s rent for showing me just one house in the entire society and has helped me in no other way, even for the rental agreement I have asked the owner and she has not helped in that too, please give your suggestions how I can get her to come down to 30k from 60k that she has asked, how I should tackle this situation pleaseee help🙏🏻
