Better areas to live in whitefield

Me and my wife are currently living in HSR layout, in a small 1bhk apartment.

I recently got a remote job and my wife is also working remotely for a while.

We are thinking of shifting into a 2bhk.

In order to avoid paying soaring rents for a 2bhk in HSR, we are thinking of moving to whitefield.

I have never been to whitefield in my life so not aware about the area.

Which areas of whitefield are better to live?

I got a lead for a 2bhk apartment which is spacious, well lit and ventilated located in belathur , kadugodi area near whitefield metro station(1.1km away). I am not sure about the locality but the proximity of metro station is a bonus in case we need to travel to indiranagar or MG road.

Are there any better areas to live in whitefield? My budget for a 2bhk apartment is around 25-30k and since we both are currently working remotely, it's best to avoid expensive pockets which are closer to IT parks and offices.

Please guide me on how to find a good 2bhk in my budget.

PS: We are only looking at standalone buildings and not gated societies.
