A short notice

The point is the handshake, not the login.

In Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Pune, Mumbai, and the other metros, a broker still takes a month of rent to introduce two people who already wanted to find each other. Stoop is a public board for flats, rooms, PGs, sublets, and takeovers. You can read every home without an account.

You sign in to list, or to write someone. That's it. Contact stays behind a name so the board doesn't become a harvest list.

Early homes are pulled from city subreddits — people already doing this in public — and from anyone who lists here directly. No brokerage on either side. If a relationship manager forwards you a listing, hang up.

Meet at the gate. Skip the office.
