Owner looking to rent 1bhk

Hey guys! I am writing this on behalf of my uncle who is a doctor and lives in the UAE but owns a flat in Bangalore. He is here in india for a couple of months now and I’m helping him with with getting tenants as he wants this to be done as soon as possible before le leaves for UAE and save brokerage too. This flat is located in Whitefield. Both me and my uncle are currently in UP so we’ll send over a family friend if you wish to see the apartment. Please contact my uncle for further details. Be respectful and please only call if you’re serious about taking a flat. It’s available whenever you are. The rent is 20k plus 3.5k maintenance. Deposit is 75k (slightly negotiable if you’re willing to move soon)
