Delhi couple recently relocated to Mumbai, looking for a 1 BHK without brokerage!

Hey everyone!

We’re a couple from Delhi who recently moved to Mumbai and are looking for a decent 1 BHK flat, preferably somewhere close to the Aqua Line (Metro Line 3).

Our requirements:

Budget: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000

Size: Ideally 350 to 400 sq. ft. carpet area

Location: Preferably near an Aqua Line metro station, with convenient connectivity to Worli/Lower Parel

Furnishing: Open to furnished, semi-furnished or unfurnished

Occupancy: Family (married couple)

Brokerage: Strictly no brokerage, looking to connect directly with owners

We've already explored a few rental platforms, but the subscription charges and brokerage demands have made the process unnecessarily frustrating.

Would really appreciate any genuine leads, owner contacts or suggestions from people who've found flats without brokers.
