1 BHK semi- furnished flat available for rent in Sriram nagar beside main road for 22k from Nove

I finalized a flat for 22k in Sriram nagar from November. I paid the security deposit of 20k. However, yesterday I found out that I won't have to shift to Hyderabad.

So I asked the landlord to refund the deposit. But he's not willing to until and unless he gets a tenant before November. So I am trying to find someone who's interested in taking the flat. I get my deposit back. The person gets a new flat without brokerage.

The flat has geyser and wardrobes. It's on the first floor, so a balcony is there as well. Window nets are there as well. Please reach out to me if you're interested in visiting the flat, I will share the owner's contact. Only serious people, and people who can occupy it by November.
