I built FlatDhundo after moving across cities - now live in Hyderabad

I work in an industry where I have to move across cities. Every move meant the same painful routine: join every Flat and Flatmates group, scroll endlessly, see the same posts repeated across groups, and try to find and connect with property listers one by one. There was no easy way to search by area, compare rents, or just see what is actually fresh.

I am sure people in Hyderabad face similar issues, so I built FlatDhundo to solve the problem I kept facing, in case others face it too.

It pulls Flat and Flatmates listings into one clean place. You can browse by area, see listings on a map, and see the freshest homes first, instead of scrolling group after group. Each listing links back to the original post, so you still connect with the lister directly. It just makes finding them much faster.

The earlier releases covered Delhi NCR and Bengaluru. Hyderabad is the next city.

Honest verdict: brokers are still a part of these groups, and broker listings are still in there. That is why I added a "Likely broker" tag. It flags listings that look like broker posts, based on posting patterns, so you can spot them at a glance instead of working it out after going through a few posts. The next step is a separate section for broker posts, so they move out of the main home listings and the main list stays cleaner.

For Hyderabad alone, it currently has 938 homes, with a median rent of ₹18,158. The areas with the most listings right now are Kondapur, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Financial District, and Manikonda.
