✨ A little about the flat and society:

Honestly, the room and society are really good, and you’ll genuinely feel at home here. The society has great amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, lawns, lawn tennis and badminton courts. It’s a lovely place to live, with a good community and plenty of opportunities to enjoy your time outside work.

A small heads-up about the available room: It doesn’t have an attached washroom. Every room in the flat has its own pros and cons—one is relatively small, another has a smaller wardrobe, and one doesn’t have a balcony. So, while no room is perfect in every aspect, the overall flat and society are great!

We currently live in Orchid Petals and have found another flat in a different tower. The new flat has the same orientation as our current apartment, so we’ll share pictures of our existing flat for reference.

We’re looking for a clean, responsible and easygoing flatmate who values a comfortable and friendly living environment.

📅 Move-in date: 1st November
