Male Roommate wanted | Furnished 3.5 BHK, Golf Course Road, Sector 56 | ₹25k + ₹500 maintenance

One room available in a fully furnished, spacious 3.5 BHK builder floor on Golf Course Road, Sector 56 - just 200m from Sector 56 metro station. Available from the end of November, as one flatmate is moving out.

The house has:

• Attached balconies and washrooms in all rooms

• Lift

• Power backup

• Covered car parking

We've converted the extra half-room into a small gym and store room, so there's ample space. There's also a sofa-cum-bed in the hall.

We have a maid who comes in the morning and takes care of cooking all three meals and cleaning. She's an excellent cook. She charges ₹13,000, split three ways at approximately ₹4,333 per head.

Rent: ₹75,000 total, split equally between three people (₹25,000 each).

Maintenance: ₹1,500 per month, split three ways (₹500 each, extra over the rent).

Security: Two months' rent.

The owners stay in Faridabad. No owner interference.

We're two chill working boys looking for another chill person. Vegetarian preferred; non-smoker only.
