Looking for a Female Flatmate: 4 BHK + a Ginger Cat Included! 🐈 | Safdarjung B7 | 1st Nov

We’re 3 women looking for a fourth to join us in a beautiful 4BHK in Safdarjung B7, available from 1st November! Total house rent is 80k, and the available room is ₹18.5K/month.

We’re all friendly, easygoing, left-leaning, and work in the social and development sector. We’d love to find someone like-minded to share our home with. No restrictions or judgements, and a small ginger cat to keep us company!

A little about the house: It’s in a lovely, green residential neighbourhood, right across Deer Park and within walking distance from the B6 Market. The house is spacious and airy, with plenty of natural light.

The available room is slightly smaller than the others, which is why the rent is lower. It’s fully furnished, has a shaft-facing window and a large, private attached washroom. The room itself gets limited natural light, but the rest of the house is wonderfully bright!

Costs:

Rent: ₹18,500/month

Security: ₹20,000 total, split equally among all four

Brokerage: ₹20,000 per person (might be slightly negotiable if the broker agrees)
