where can i find a 1bhk (like in pics) with ample amount of windows and balcony at a reasonable

i know it is possible, I've seen it happen with others. my boyfriend and I already live together and we plan to move to bangalore next year and I'm aware that housing in blr is a hassle which in turn reduces options that meet your preferences but I'm done with living in bad apartments.

I'm thinking around the budget of 20k, a good, clean locality, not noisy, decent greenery around, that's all. not in the outskirts but doesn't have to be in very expensive areas either.
