Part 1: Property Reviews along Sarjapur Main Road area | Suyug The One

What do fellow redditors think? here are my views of this project after evaluation. i am not a competitor, nor agent, just a buyer trying to share my views without biases.

Pros:

* On the main road...

* Good overall location: Nearby: Add-on scans, Spandana hospital, Motherhood - coming within 300 mts, Dmart, Babai Tiffins, Asha tiffins, Kay koy hangout. So healthcare, shopping, eat-out / dine in etc. sorted out.

* Basic amenities that one would use instead of fancy shit where money is wasted

* Proposed Sompura station - claimed within 300 mts! --> if , when it happens. haha

Whats not happening : Forget Hosur airport, don't buy this for SWIFT city access., its far. STRR / CDP / PRR - got nothing to do with / around this property. dont assume traffic as on date. today there are not many buildings that side. this property is going to be stuck between Prestige township and upcoming Brick n Milestone township (nr Dmart)

Cons: Unfortunately lot of them. Buyers be aware before pouring your life savings.

* Dust - Main road + Metro works = major dust. Forget now, when Metro work starts within 5-6 yrs, you are in a soot of dust. Ask people living in Belandur area on ORR

* Noise - builder shows soundproof window demo in sample flat, with roadside traffic noise which is minimal. With metro construction where commercial drilling machines and concrete work is going to happen.. these sound proof windows will only be as good for a demo. Further, you'll always hear / see metro. Thats your view for rest of life!

* Commercial store in front: G+4 floors are commercial at the gate. Don't understand why #suyug decided to ruin their flagship with this commercial out there. As per RERA so many units unsold, perhaps due to this reason.

* No separate entry for commercial visitors. its a
