Caught in Colive Scam

Yeah as the title suggests I'm in a big soup and need help.. moved in whithout researching properly into Colive's new property called Edinburgh in Tavarkere, sales person quotes 21k on rent and 21k on deposit with full refund, said I could pay half deposit 3 months after moving in, 2 months in they call and ask me to pay the remaining amount immediately or that they would "remove my stuff" and inflated my deposit to 24k and told me that there would be deductions now, had to pay cause of harassment...

First month rent came up to 21600 something, second month to 22800something and now today for the month of November it's showing 24000 something, no proper justification on why the increase, no response from their team.

Need advise on what to do next.. firstly, need a coliving property for a couple anywhere from Chamrajpet to Koramangala

Secondly, pretty sure I'm not getting my deposit amount back, I'm living paycheck to paycheck and need at least some of it recovered, need advise on how do I do it, do I just stay here and take all the harassment for one month and not pay rent for that month?

I've also read threads where they have asked for extra money once you leave, how do I avoid these situations. I wouldn't mind facing them but my girl sees me telling on call every month about this, calling the cops etc and she gets even more worried.
