Looking for the sweet spot of a Private room & a Cool flatmate! ☃️

I feel I should have been born in an Arthur Conan Doyle universe. At least I could have hired Sherlock Holmes to solve this mystery of finding the right flat, the right flatmate and, most importantly, the right timing. 🫡

Finding a good flat is one thing. Finding the right person to share it with is another. And somehow, when one works out, the other doesn't. This endless juggling is getting a little too energy-consuming now. So, I think it's time to look for a room in an already occupied flat instead.

What I'm looking for:

\- A private room in a 2BHK or 3BHK.

\- Budget: Under ₹12,000/month.

\- Preferred locations: Kothrud, Bavdhan, Erandwane, Warje or nearby.

A bit about me: 👨🏻‍🚀

Startup founder, non-smoker, non-drinker. I like keeping my home clean and organised. Hygiene, especially in shared spaces, matters to me. I enjoy a peaceful home and believe everyone should feel comfortable in their own space.

What living with me might look like:

I'm not really looking for a situation where we become each other's full-time therapists or feel obliged to hang out all the time.

But it would be nice to have a space where we can share meaningful conversations, exchange ideas, have a good laugh, support each other's journeys and occasionally share some life advice over chai. We have our own routines, ambitions and personal space, but also make the home a place where we feel comfortable and look forward to coming back to.

Nothing too structured or complicated. Just a fun, easy-going equation, mutual respect and taking responsibility for the space we share. The rest, let's figure out along the way.
