I am moving from out of town and joining a new company near Noida Sector 16 Metro Station on.

I am on a tight budget and looking for an immediate room-sharing or flatmate replacement option.

Here are my specific requirements:

• Target Locations: Strictly looking in East Delhi (Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Acharya Niketan, Laxmi Nagar, Nirman Vihar) or Noida Pockets (Sector 15, 19, 22).

• Metro Proximity: Must be within walkable distance (<600 meters) from the nearest metro station.

• Setup: Looking to share a room with a flatmate or take a private room in a pre-shared 2BHK/3BHK flat.

• Budget: My absolute upper limit for rent is ₹6,000 per month.

• About Me: 23M starting as a corporate professional. Clean, non-intrusive, responsible with utility bills, and focused on work. Non alcoholic/smoker. Clean and friendly.
