Sharing flat with 2 boys

31 F here. I got a good 2Bhk flat deal - thought a tad bit old but fully furnished flat incl maintainance, elec and gas in 11.5k/month. The catch is that master room is occupied by 2 boys of 25, cousins.

They have night shift and I have day so we hardly meet. So long it’s been chill w them but yknw boys being boys, don’t have much help in generic hygiene n saf safai n cooking. They just exist in their room and sm\*ke st\\\*ff\* most of the time. I smoked with one of em once, but generally we don’t get to interact much.

Other hand, I have another flat option at 14k/month (all inclusive+maid). This is a 3bhk all girls flat, with better room n balcony, but I gotta share bathroom with another girl.

What should I do? For now I have given 1 months rent and 1 months sec deposit. I gotta take a decision in a day or two.
