Master bedroom available in sector 74

Hi everyone,

We are looking for an easy going 🙂‍↕️ and friendly 🥳 female flatmate for a 3bhk flat in supertech Capetown. The master bedroom is available with a huge balcony(beautiful view) + personal washroom. The flat is semi furnished so you will have to arrange your required furniture. The flat is located on the top floor with south east facing so an ample amount of light is there🌞.

PREFERABLY VEGETARIAN🥦 (eggs are ok) and working in IT 💻

Breakdown of all expenses:

RENT💵-

Master bedroom - Rs 13000/month + 1 month security = 26000(on first month)

OTHER COST💸-

Brokerage: 17000 ÷ 3

movin charges:2000 ÷3

fridge washing machine rent: 1000÷3 /month

wifi : 275 / head/ month

Agreement and police verification will be done at standard cost

Note: There is no dry balcony in flat so we would have to figure out space to keep washing machine and fitting would cost extra which will be divided by 3(mentioning upfront)

About location📍:

Flat is located in the first tower on the right from gate 1 of Supertech Capetown sector 74 NOIDA

We all 3 can move in from 1st of November🤗

The flat is spacious, clean and beautiful so I am looking for someone who can maintain it with us

Any leads would be appreciated and thanks 🙏🏻
