1BHK near or around Noida sector 62, 72, 51

I am 25M, currently residing in a pg accomodation in sector 66. Decided now to move in a 1bhk room. I am looking around sector 62, my institution is near stellar park. I am aware of few sectors which I have mentioned in the title but if anyone has any leads regarding this please dm me. I have a room mate also and our budget is lumpsum 15k or 20k max. So if anybody has any contacts or any leads for the rentals please drop a text.
