Working professional looking for a shared AC room or flat or PG – Parel / Dadar / Sion or nearby

My friend and I (both working professionals) are moving to Mumbai in January 2027 and are actively looking for accommodation. We are looking for a double-sharing AC room in a PG, a 1 BHK/1 RK, or a pre-occupied flat where a room is vacant.

Locations preferred:

Parel, Dadar, or Sion (closer to the railway or metro stations is a big plus for daily transit).

A bit about us:

We appreciate a clean, organized, and peaceful living environment. We respect personal boundaries, maintain good hygiene, and are highly disciplined with timely rent and utility bill payments.

What we are looking for:

• Configuration: 1 double-occupancy room (or an independent 1 RK / 1 BHK flat).

• Must-have: A functional Air Conditioner (AC) in the room.

• Budget: Maximum ₹15,000 per person (Total budget: ₹30,000 -35,000/month).

• Move-in Date: Early January 2027.

• Basic Amenities: AC, Good Wi-Fi connectivity, washing machine access, functional kitchen setup, proper water supply, and building security.
