Looking for a Room in a 2BHK Flat in Mumbai | Couple Seeking Couple to Share

My girlfriend and I are looking for a room in a 2BHK flat in Mumbai, where we can share the flat with another couple.

Our preferences:

\- 💰 Budget: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month for our share.

\- 🏠 Accommodation: One private bedroom in a 2BHK shared with another couple.

\- 📍 Preferred locations: Andheri East, JB Nagar, Chakala, Marol, Gundavali, Powai, or nearby areas.

\- 🛏️ A furnished or semi-furnished flat would be preferable.

\- 🧹 Looking for a clean, peaceful, and respectful living environment.

\- 🚿 Preferably 2 bathrooms, or at least a bathroom arrangement that works comfortably for both couples.

\- 🏍️ Bike parking would be a plus.

Rent: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month for our share.

Deposit: Negotiable, depending on the flat and rental arrangement.

Available from: November 2027 (flexible, depending on availability).

We're both working/professionally oriented and value privacy, cleanliness, mutual respect, and clear sharing arrangements.

Ideally, we're looking for another couple who is also searching for a flat or already has a room available in their existing flat.
