Looking for Occupancy in Common Hall Room. This will be double occupancy and a person is already living in the Hall Room.

The Bedroom is already occupied and 1 person lives in the Bedroom. Total no. of people in the flat will be 3, including you.

Total no. of people in the hall will be 2, including you.

The Bathroom and Kitchen have just been cleaned by Urban Company, so you'll get it clean. The bathroom is small with Indian style commode. Kitchen is also small with Gas pipeline connection.

The water quality feom tap is good. The water is very soft with a TDS of around 52 only.

House is unfurnished. Gas Hob is there. Some utensils are there.

Hall room also has an Air Conditioner.

The flat is on 6th floor in a building with elevator.

Connectivity:

Very near to midc andheri station on aqua line (\\\~5 mins walking only)

10 mins walking from Chakala (JB Nagar) metro station on Line 1 metro.

Just 2 metro stations away from BOM Airport on aqua line.

Also, aqua line in general has very good connectivity with major railway stations and south of bombay.
