Looking for a Double Occupancy / Shared Flat in Mumbai – Chembur, Sewri, Dadar, Parel or DN Naga

We are 2 working professionals (male) looking for a flat on a double-sharing basis in Mumbai, preferably in the following locations:

Chembur

Sewri

Dadar

Parel

DN Nagar / Andheri West

Our requirements:

Budget: ₹30,000 total (₹15,000 per person), excluding maintenance, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and other utility expenses.

Occupancy: Double occupancy in an existing shared flat or a 1BHK/2BHK with an available room.

Move-in date: Last week of December 2026.

Food preference: Non-vegetarian.

Parking: At least one two-wheeler parking space required.

Society: Preferably a gated society with proper security and basic amenities.

Brokerage: Preferably no brokerage (direct owner or existing flatmates looking for replacements).

Furnishing: Semi-furnished or fully furnished would be preferred.

Washroom: Attached or common, both are fine, provided it's well-maintained.

We are working professionals, clean, responsible and looking for a decent, peaceful living environment with friendly flatmates.
