Looking for a 2 BHK / Flatmate in Chembur or Near BKC | December Move-in | Budget ₹30K

I’m looking for a place to stay starting December 2026. I’m open to either joining an existing 2 BHK with one vacancy or finding someone who’s also looking for a flat so we can search for a 2 BHK together.

**Available From:** 1st December 2026

**Rent Budget:** Up to ₹30,000 per month

**Security Deposit:** Flexible, depending on the flat

**Brokerage:** Preferably no brokerage

**Room Type:** Single room in a 2 BHK

**Furnishing:** Fully or semi-furnished preferred

**Location & Landmark:** Chembur preferred; open to other locations with a convenient commute to BKC

**Current Flatmates / Hall Status:** Open to joining an existing flat with one vacancy or finding a flatmate and searching for a 2 BHK together

**Preferences:** Open to discussing to ensure compatibility
