Help required for PGs near St Xavier's Bombay

Hello, I live near St Xavier's College for now in a pg. But the price of only the bed (18k) is too much. The groceries, the electricity bill is all separately paid. Plus my roommate is really bad, she stays up till like 5-6am talking to her phone, doesn't go to college most of the days and she uses the AC at 16°C for like 15-16 hours a day. I get really troubled by her, cuz telling her, arguing with her does nothing to improve the behaviour. My marks this semester have deteriorated because of this. It's an apartment basically, we don't have any rules or regulations as such unfortunately. And I really don't like how pricey it is. Are there any other recommendations near the college where I can live? My budget is from 10-20k. I don't think I'll get a single room at this price in mumbai, but it doesn't hurt to ask no? I'll move in next semester since the landlord has taken two months in advance from the start.
