Female flatmate needed for immediate move in!!!

Hi everyone, I’m looking for 1 or 2 girls to occupy the second room in this 2 BHK.

📍Right opposite Sandhurst Road station, so great connectivity to major places like Dadar, Mahim, Matunga, Andheri etc.

🗓️Available: IMMEDIATE MOVE IN

💸Rent: 72k (I’m trying to negotiate with the owner)

Deposit : 2 lakhs

Both these things will be divided equally among us.

**NOTE**: the apartment is **UNFURNISHED,** but i own all the appliances like fridge, RO, washing machine and ALL the kitchen appliances and utensils like stove, cylinder etc. so you basically just have to furnish your own room.

Looking for chill, easy going people with no restrictions please.
