I have a **1BHK apartment in Sher-e-Punjab, Andheri East**, and my current roommate is moving out next week, so the room will be available from then.

**Looking for someone who:**

Doesn’t smoke

Doesn’t host frequent parties

Is comfortable living with pets — I have a **kitten, a pet hamster, and a few fishes**

Is respectful of a work-from-home setup

I run my own **production agency/startup**, so I often work from home and have some camera/production equipment around the house.

**Rent & Expenses:**

Rent: **₹18,000 per person/month**

*(Rent is scheduled to increase around March–April)*

Deposit: **₹25,000 per person**

Electricity, gas & Wi-Fi: **separate and compulsory**

House help: **₹6,000/month**, shared between us
