Urgent Female/ Male Flatmate needed - Jubilee Hills

I’m a female looking for a flatmate to move in on an urgent basis since my previous accommodation plan is dicey at the moment

A female flatmate would be preferred, but I’m open to accommodating a male flatmate given the urgency

📍 Location: Road No. 10, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

🏠 About the flat:

•Newly built 2 BHK penthouse

•Unfurnished

•Private terrace

•Approximately 900 sq. ft. - very spacious!

•No separate maintenance charges

💰 Monthly expenses (split between 2 people):

•Rent: ₹33,000 total but negotiable to ₹31,000 (₹15,500 - 16,500 per person)

•Furniture package: Up to ₹4,000 total (₹2,000 per person)

The furniture package will include 2 beds, a washing machine, a fridge, a couch, a dining table, 2 cupboards and study tables.

•Maid: ₹1,500 total (₹750 per person)

•Wi-Fi: ₹450 total (₹225 per person)

•Electricity: Additional, as per actual consumption

Total monthly cost per person: ₹18,500 - ₹19,000 + electricity

The rent is negotiable, and I’m hoping to finalise everything soon.
