Hi Hyderabad!

My sister is getting married on 16th December 2026, and we're struggling to arrange accommodation for our relatives coming from different places.

We're looking for a house or suitable accommodation near BHEL, Lingampally, Chandanagar, or nearby areas.

Our requirements:

Duration: Approximately one month in December, especially around the wedding dates (15th–17th December).

Guests: Around 15–20 family members may need sleeping arrangements during the wedding.

Budget: ₹20,000–₹30,000 total.

Property: Preferably a spacious independent house, 2/3 BHK, guesthouse, or any suitable budget-friendly accommodation.

Purpose: Just sleeping, bathing, changing clothes, and getting ready. We won't be hosting any wedding functions or parties inside the property.

We're completely fine with basic accommodation, floor mattresses, or even renting two nearby portions if that works within our budget. We don't need anything luxurious, just a clean, safe place with sufficient bathrooms and water facilities.

The main problem: We've approached several house owners, but most are unwilling to rent for just one month. Hotels and Airbnb properties are turning out to be too expensive for our budget.

Owns a vacant house or knows an owner willing to rent temporarily

Knows affordable guesthouses, community halls with sleeping facilities, or dormitory-style accommodation

Has contacts around BHEL, Lingampally, or Chandanagar

Has arranged similar accommodation for a family wedding
