Flatmate(M) wanted – 2BHK in gated community, Manikonda (Hyderabad)

Hey everyone! We're 3 guys living in a 2BHK in a gated community in Manikonda, and one of our flatmates just moved out. We're looking for a 4th person to fill the spot.

**Who we're looking for:**

Chill, easy-going, and respectful of shared space

Preferably someone in IT (not mandatory, just a bonus!)

Someone who can move in immediately

Bike and Car parking available

**Costs:**

Rent: ₹34,000/month total (₹31,000 rent + ₹3,000 maintenance) split among 4.

Rent: 8500

WiFi, Electricity, maid and water bills are separate and split equally among all 4 of us

Advance: 2 months' rent, to be paid to the flatmate who vacated (2\*9k=18 K)
