Crazy deal at 13K, Gated Society much better than PGs.

**Master bedroom sharing at Aditya Sunshine**

**₹13,000 incl. maintenance | No brokerage**

Hey everyone! We have **one spot available in a spacious master bedroom** in our 2,500 sq. ft. 3BHK at Aditya Sunshine, close to Sarath City Mall.

It’s double sharing, but the room is very big, with an attached washroom, AC, geyser, large cupboards, and a lovely balcony with plenty of natural light.

The society is a peaceful gated community with free access to a gym, pool, library, and turf. The flat also has two parking slots.

The house is fully set up with a 65-inch TV, PS5, sofa, fridge, washing machine, gas, and cookware. Just bring your belongings and move in.

**Costs per person:**

Rent: ₹13,000/month, including maintenance

One-time setup cost: ₹18,000 for the shared appliances and furniture

No brokerage

Available from: 1 November 2026

We’re all vegetarian, non-smokers, and non-drinkers, and would prefer someone with similar habits.

If you’re considering a PG, this is worth a look for the room size, balcony, and space you get at this price.
