Unpopular opinion: A lot of expensive flats in Gurgaon aren’t worth the rent.

I thought paying more rent in Gurgaon would mean fewer problems, but apparently not.

I checked out a flat in a supposedly premium locality, and the rent was way above my budget(over 60k). I still considered it because the location seemed convenient.

Then I found out the commute wasn't as easy as I'd expected, the maintenance was questionable, and some of the amenities didn't seem worth the extra money.

It made me wonder if I was paying for a better home or just a better pin code.

**Has anyone else felt this while flat-hunting in Gurgaon? Which locality do you think is the most overrated for its rent?**

I get that some areas genuinely offer better connectivity and facilities, but higher rent should mean a better living experience too.
