Struggling to find a RK or 1bhk

i need a rental place for around 12k maxx in Gurgaon around sector 43/44

ive seen online and spoke to some owners/brokers… from many sites and fb too

they’ve asked for 50% of the rent just to see the flat or 1-2k for visiting fee(it will be refunded if we dont like the flat or added to the rent if we like the flat and want to go ahead)

i have no idea about all this because im new to this as my career is just beginning.

if anyone from gurgaon can help me out it would be appreciated… i have no friends or mutuals in gurgaon yet. i urgently need a good place where me and my flatmate can live.. we both are struggling to find such a place (fully furnished)

is it unrealistic for 12k? in gurgaon?
