Zero-Rent Living in Janakpuri East (Near Metro) | Free Furnished 2-Room Set in Exchange for Prop

Hey everyone,

I’m a founder(Male) running a recently launched recruitment agency. I recently rented a **2-Room Set near Janakpuri East Metro Station** to use strictly as a quiet daytime office/desk space for myself.

Instead of leaving the flat empty every night or subletting it normally, I’m looking for a barter setup with a **female student or working professional**.

To avoid any confusion, here is complete transparency on **why I’m doing this and what’s in it for both of us.**

******How the Setup Works & Timings**

**My Presence:** I only use one room as a quiet desk space between **9:00 AM and 9:00 PM** (Mon–Fri/Sat). I work strictly on my laptop/phone—no outside clients or walk-ins.

**My Usage:** I do **not** stay overnight, I do **not** shower there, and I do **not** eat main meals there (except tea/coffee/snacks).

**Your Space & Privacy:** The entire flat, your bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom are yours every evening, night, and weekend. During the day, you have full access to your room and shared areas.

******What’s In It For Me?**

**Property Management:** Instead of paying for a house manager/cleaner to maintain an office space, I get someone responsible living there who keeps the flat in great, aesthetic condition.

**Fixed Expenses:** My cost is capped at the ₹15,000 base rent. All fluctuating household/maintenance hassles are managed by you.

**Optional Part time help:** If you happen to be a college student or freelancer looking for extra income, I have optional part-time admini
