Room available in a pre occupied flat - Shastri Nagar (North Campus)

Fully furnished (bed, almirah, fridge, geyser, washing machine, etc.)

Flat is pre-occupied so gas connection, wifi is sorted. Lift and parking available as well.

Rent : 11-12k

Near Shastri Nagar metro (8-10 min on foot), Direct buses to campus every 5-7 mins. Also room is nice enough to be shared by 2 people.

P.S. - I posted for the same flat a couple weeks ago and had a person who finalised, but he ditched due to change of plans so i'm uploading the same again. All the ppl who reached out earlier can still PM me.
