Looking for a Furnished 1RK near Saket / Malviya Nagar / Hauz Khas (Budget ₹12K)

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a furnished 1RK flat in or around Saket, Malviya Nagar, or Hauz Khas, Delhi.

My requirements are:

\- Budget: Maximum ₹12,000 per month

\- Furnishing: Furnished

\- Metro connectivity: Within 1 km of a metro station. This is my top priority.

I'm open to nearby areas as well, as long as the metro station is easily accessible on foot.

If you know of any available flats, have landlord or broker contacts, kindly share.

Thanks in advance!
