Looking for a vegetarian female flatmate to take over my room in a 2BHK apartment at Vandana Sarovar, HSR Layout.

**Monthly Costs (Per Person)**

Rent: ₹16,000 approx.

Maintenance: ₹1,750

Cook: ₹3,500 (twice daily, prepares all three meals)

Maid: ₹1,500

Fridge and washing machine rental: ₹1,100/month for both

Electricity, Wi-Fi, water purifier and groceries: shared as per actual expenses

The cook and maid are already in place and come every day except Sundays. Looking for someone who would like to continue with both.

**Deposit & One-Time Costs**

Security deposit: ₹50,000

House setup contribution: ₹5,000

Sofa and table contribution: ₹3,500 towards the prepaid rental for the remaining period

A new rental agreement will be made in November once the replacement moves in. Rent and maintenance are payable by the 3rd–4th of every month.

A bed with storage is also available on rent for approximately ₹1,000–₹1,100/month, if required. Otherwise, I can cancel the subscription.
