Preferred Localities: In and around Indiranagar/Domlur

Requirements & Budget:

Furnishing: Semi-furnished (wardrobes, modular kitchen, basic fittings)

Budget: \~₹40,000/month (flexible depending on society maintenance and amenities)

Security Deposit: Reasonable

Must-haves:

Dedicated 4-wheeler (car) and 2-wheeler parking

Reliable 24x7 Kaveri water supply & power backup

Lift access

Good natural light and ventilation
