Running Airbnb Business for Sale in Indiranagar, Bangalore | ₹20K–₹30K Monthly Profit | ₹3.5 Lak

Hey Bangalore!

I’m looking to sell one of our fully operational Airbnb businesses in **Indiranagar, Bangalore**.

**Business Details:**

📍 Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

🏠 Property: Fully furnished studio with one room and attached bathroom

💰 Current monthly profit: ₹20,000–₹30,000 (approx.)

💵 Asking price: ₹3.5 lakhs for the complete business

🛏️ Existing short-term rental operation

**Why are we selling?**

We currently operate multiple properties, and this particular unit has four partners. Although it generates a steady profit, ₹20K–₹30K isn’t particularly attractive when divided among four people.

For a single owner-operator, however, the entire monthly profit could make it a worthwhile small business.

Rather than continuing to split the returns, we’ve decided to exit this unit and focus on our larger properties.

**Who would this suit?**

Someone looking to enter the Airbnb business without the hassle of setting up a property from scratch, or an existing host looking to expand.

**Serious enquiries only, please.**

I’d prefer not to have endless DMs with dozens of questions going back and forth.

If you’re genuinely interested, have the budget and are based in Bangalore, send me a short introduction and your contact number.

We can have a quick 5-minute phone conversation first, followed by an in-person meeting and property visit. I’m happy to share the financials and operational details with serious buyers.

**Asking Price: ₹3,50,000**

This is a sale of the running rental business, not the property itself. Handover will be subject to the required approvals.

I’d rather have one meaningful conversation than 100 messages going nowhere.

**Interested? DM me with a brief introduction.**
