Room Available in Spacious 3BHK

Hey everyone! I’m looking to rent out my room from November to January (extendable) in a spacious 3BHK apartment in SJR Bluewaters

A little about the place:

🏡 6th floor. Located in a gated society with all amenities.

🛏️ Fully set-up room with proper furniture and bedding. Very well ventilated.

🚿 Functional kitchen and personal washroom — everything is ready to use. Feel free to use all the common facilities!

👩🏻‍💻 Two female flatmates, both working in tech. Super chill and easygoing people to live with. Looking for a female flatmate only.

💰 Rent & expenses:

Room rent: ₹20,000/month (negotiable)

Furniture rent: ₹1,800/month

Miscellaneous expenses (maid, electricity, water Wi-Fi etc.): approximately 2,500/month

Basically, you can just move in with your bags and settle in!

I’m attaching a few pictures for reference. Feel free to DM me for more details or pictures, or to check out the place.

📌I’ll be vacating the apartment by January, so I’m open to someone continuing the stay beyond that. Even other flatmates plan to vacate, so if you want the entire space after Jan, that also works!
