Hi everyone!

We’re looking for a flatmate for a 2.5 BHK fully furnished apartment in **Habitat Eden Heights**. Our current flatmate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take over their room (the room itself is unfurnished).

We’re a couple living with our adorable, chonky cat, so ideally looking for someone who loves cats and is comfortable living with one. We’re non-vegetarians, smokers, and generally chill people who like to keep to ourselves and respect each other’s space.

💰 Rent: ₹25000 (total rent - 65k)

🏠 One-time setup cost: ₹10,000

🔒 Security deposit: ₹25,000 (total deposit - 2.5L)

📅 Move-in: End of October / First week of November

**A few things to know:**

The society is nice, and the metro station is just 200 metres away.

A cook and maid will be available. **This is non-negotiable.**

Basic groceries will be shared among flatmates.

We’re open to both male and female flatmates.

Looking for someone non-vegetarian who is comfortable around cats, respects boundaries, and is easygoing.
