Looking for a Male Roommate in Pai Layout

I’m a 25M from Kerala, currently working in Bangalore, looking for a chill male roommate.

**Location:** 9-minute walk from Benniganahalli Metro.

**Rent:** ₹31,500/month (15,750 your share)

**Maintenance:** ₹3000/month (1500 your share)

**Security Deposit:** ₹1,20,000 (60,000 your share)

The bed and cot shown in the pictures are available for purchase for ₹8,000. I already have a fridge, washing machine, and kitchen utensils, so those are sorted. The dining table and chairs belong to a friend, and I’ve agreed to keep them at the apartment for the time being.

I drink occasionally, smoke rarely, and have friends over from time to time. My girlfriend also visits every other day.

Looking for a chill, easygoing roommate who’s comfortable with friends visiting and enjoys a relaxed, no-drama living environment. Feel free to bring your friends over, have a few drinks, and do your thing, as long as we’re respectful of each other.

DM me if you’re interested or want more details.
