Looking for 1-2 Flatmates | Bellandur, Haralur & Nearby

Hey everyone!

I’m looking for 1-2 people to team up with and find a flat around Bellandur, Kasavanahalli, Haralur, Kadubeesanahalli, Sarjapur or HSR.

I work at RMZ Ecoworld, Bellandur, so someone working around the same area would be great. That said, I’m open to people working elsewhere too, as long as they’re comfortable commuting from these locations.

**A little context:** I was initially house hunting with two of my batchmates. After 1.5 months and nearly 20-25 property visits, we realised that finding a location that worked for everyone’s commute was proving difficult. We eventually decided to look for separate arrangements.

However, during the process, I came across a property that I really liked and would love to explore with potential flatmates.

**Option 1: A shortlisted property**

I haven’t confirmed whether it’s still available, and there’s a possibility someone else might rent it before we get to it. But if it’s available, here’s what we’re looking at:

* **Location:** Near Kasavanahalli Lake, with a lake view

* **Flat:** 3 BHK, 3 washroom, 2 balconies, 12th floor

* **Furnishing:** Unfurnished

* **Rent:** ₹70K + ₹9K maintenance

* **Brokerage**: 1 month’s rent (since this was a broker deal)

* **Deposit:** ₹2.5L

* **Connectivity:** 15-20 mins to RMZ Ecoworld, 15 mins to HSR

* **Amenities:** Pretty much everything you’d expect in a good apartment complex

It’s genuinely one of the nicest properties I’ve come across during the house hunt. If the availability and finances work out, this could be a great option.

**Option 2: House hunting together**

If this property is unavailable or doesn’t work for everyone, I’m equally happy to start afresh and find a place together in any of the areas mentioned above.

**Option 3: You already have a flat?**

If you’re al
