House hunting

So I guess it's just a rant coz I don't think I am lucky enough to get a decent house in my budget.

Why does this happen that the flat that I like are always out of my budget.

So we need a 3 bedroom flat, as mother n 2 daughters trio with cats.

Just enough to have everyone their own space.

We were really keen on snn in begur, but rents are crazy...nothing less than 45-50k

Can anyone give me some hope, that I will be able to find something in my budget.
