Flatmate required in a 3bhk Kasavanahalli (Sarjapur Road)

Hi folks, I am looking for a third flatmate to occupy a room in a semi-furnished 3BHK flat. It will be available from November 15th, but the owner is asking for rent starting from the 1st (I tried my best, as you know the pain). The flat will be painted and deep cleaned.

I am currently in Gurgaon and will be joining my new company. The other flatmate will join after the Diwali break.

The area is very peaceful and bachelor-friendly. I lived here for two years during my previous stint.

The total rent is 42k.

The individual rents are as follows:

15k (occupied)

14k (occupied)

13k (available; it has a spacious balcony, though the room is a bit cozy)

I am planning to furnish it via the Rentomojo elite plan, which will cost approximately 2.5k per head for complete furnishing; this can be discussed.

Flatmate details:

We are both gym-loving non-vegetarians working in tech.

Smoking and drinking? Why not?

Chill and be at ease is the only ask

Please DM or reply if interested.
