Hey everyone! One of our flatmates is moving out, so we're looking for someone to take over her spot starting 1st December.

A quick rundown of the place:

Location: RS Residency, Hosa Road, Kasavanahalli (right opposite La Casa Brewery, super convenient spot).

Rent: ₹17,500/month (Maintenance is already included!).

Deposit: ₹65,000.

Brokerage: ₹14,000.

About the house:

It’s a semi-furnished 2BHK in a standalone building. The best part? The owner stays outside India, so absolutely zero landlord interference. We have a lift, power backup, and 2-wheeler parking. (The bed can be bought off the current flatmate if you need one).

Who we are looking for:

Ideally a female flatmate who is vegetarian, a non-smoker, and values a clean, chill, and comfortable space.

Monthly expenses (split):

Cook & Maid: ₹2,500/month total (We currently have a cook for lunch, but dinner can be sorted with her too if you want).

Electricity: Super low, around ₹100–₹150 per person thanks to the state electricity scheme.

Water purifier: ₹250/person/month (₹750 one-time deposit for this).
