Female Flatmate wanted - Indiranagar/New Thippasandra

Hey! My flatmate is moving out and we're looking for her replacement.

About the flat:

• Standalone building in a cosy, quiet neighbourhood

• Recently renovated (everything still feels pretty new)

• Lots of sunlight + great ventilation

• On the 4th floor (no lift)

• Cctv camera installed

• No parking

• Shared washroom

• Common Balcony

• The room comes with ample storage, a full length mirror and a table.

**Some pros to make up for 4th floor and shared washroom:**

• The owner is chill and stays out of our business

• IDC about smoking as long as it isnt within the house (balcony or roof is fine)

• IDC about drinking either, hell I'd probably join you

• I'm pretty chill and as long as you keep the common spaces clean, i really don't care

• Walking distance from 100ft road

• 400m away from Indiranagar socials
