Female flatmate required - spacious room in a gated 3bhk from December 2026

Hiii redditers,

I'm looking for a replacement for my spacious room in a gated 3bhk apartment near Kundanahalli signal. Exact location is in BEML layout, Brookfield. The locality is green and serene and the society has 24/7 security for your peace of mind.

The room comes with an attached bathroom and a balcony. The room gets ample sunlight and ventilation. Balconies are pre-installed with pegion nets and the room has a mosquito net installed.

Looking for someone responsible and chill who can turn this place into their home. The society is closely situated to all major IT hubs in Whitefield and Marathahalli area. The metro is 1.5kms away and is in close proximity to bus stops, gyms, local markets, pharmacies and other essentials.

Now coming to the financials.

Rent: 15066

Deposit: 33000

Set up charge: 4000 for a cupboard that I purchased as the storage space was limited in the room.

No maid or cook charges as of now but can be later with my roommate.

I honestly think this is a steal deal for the locality and amenities involved.

Please leave a comment or DM if interested.
