[Bangalore] 25M looking for a compatible flatmate for a fully furnished 2BHK penthouse in Kaggad

Hey everyone!

I've found a beautiful, fully furnished \*\*2BHK penthouse on Kaggadasapura Main Road\*\*, and I'm going to check it out tomorrow at around \*\*11 AM\*\*. Looking for someone who'd like to come check it out with me. If we vibe and the place is as good as it looks, we could potentially move in together!

\*\*The apartment details:\*\*

🏡 2BHK penthouse with 2 bathrooms

💸 Rent: ₹35,000 + ₹3,000 maintenance (₹38K total, split between us)

🔐 Deposit: ₹1 lakh

🌤️ Open terrace with seating

🏋️ Home gym

🚗 Covered parking for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers

💧 24-hour water supply

🛗 Lift and security

\*\*It's fully furnished and comes with pretty much everything:\*\*

Cots and mattresses

Sofa set inside the house and on the terrace

Coffee tables in both areas

TV in the hall and bedroom

Refrigerator, washing machine and water purifier

Microwave, geysers and fans

Well-decorated interiors

Honestly, for a fully furnished penthouse with these amenities, the rent seems like a pretty sweet deal. DM me for photos!

P.S. I'm claiming the master bedroom because I did the hunting. xD Just kidding. Or am I? 👀

\*\*A little about me:\*\*

I'm 25M, a software developer working at an MNC in Bagmane Tech Park. I'm pretty chill, social, enjoy good conversations, food, smoking up, and the occasional house party. Looking for a home where we can relax after work, have friends over sometimes, and generally enjoy the space without making living together unnecessarily complicated.

\*\*My non-negotiables for a flatmate:\*\*

🚬 Must be a smoker and someone who smokes up too.

🎉 Should be comfortable with occasional house parties and friends coming over.

🍗 Must be a non-vegetarian.

🐾 No pets, please.

🤝 Someone whose lifestyle is compatible with mine.
